Old School Muscle Building Advice

I just read an awesome post by Elliott Hulse over at Old School Muscle Building Advice It talks about judging athletes on their PERFORMANCE and not strictly on their muscle size…there are many High School athletes who are not blessed with large muscles, but can run fast, hit hard, jump high, and push people around on the field or courts or your chosen sport just as good as any of the bigger guys or gals, or as this article Old School Muscle Building Advice calls them “Artificially Swollen Muscles”.
